We Don’t Choose to be “Fighters” And Yet…

Talk to almost any woman “battling” (who has) cancer and she’ll say, “I’m not brave. I’m not courageous. I don’t want this battle. I’m just doing what it takes to live.” 

So before you say, “You’re so brave!” or “You’re a fighter! You go girl!”, let’s look at what it means to truly fight for something in the world of cancer.
